LOCATION
The olive trees (about 2.5 hectares) are located around the family house in a plateau overlooking the medieval town of Viterbo, at about 300 m altitude. The majority of the olive trees belongs to the Canino cultivar, typical of the Cimini Mountains area close to Viterbo, in the core of the Tuscia region.
